The switch that cannot be switched

Having a creative mind sometimes is the worst. It is sometimes switched off for days and other days it can’t stop spitting out ideas.

The fact that we live in an era with constant access to a computer (or cell phone) which I am forever grateful for since a lot of my ideas come when I am not in front of a screen. My notes app is full of ideas that popped up somewhere on a bus, in midservice, while having a cup of coffee, at dinner, running errands, or at any other time where I just feel I need to write it down because I actually can’t write that specific piece right then and there. I usually just write down a rough headline and a few points to remember the initial idea, which is often enough for my brain.
